A trip to Kudat (Part 1) - Tip of Borneo

I had a trip to Kudat, Sabah with my friends following the school program from 9/3/2012 to 12/3/2012.

the first destination we went was Tip of Borneo. It is located at the top of Sabah. Remember there are two tips look like dog ears in the map of Sabah? Tip of Borneo is located at one of it. For me, it is "Edges of the heaven, corners of the sea" (天涯海角). Basically it has not much things to visit, but the view is really fascinating. we spent 3 hours in the boat from Labuan to Menumbok, 3 hours from Menumbok to Kota Kinabalu, and lastly 3 and half hours from Kota Kinabalu to Kudat, and another 1 or 2 hours to Tip of Borneo just for the scenery. 

I might not go to Tip of Borneo for second visit, but i will always remember that, there is such a beautiful place in Sabah.

yes, there are chalet, you can rent to stay overnight at there, just contact the number above will do.
